I was back East for a couple of weeks this fall, and took the opportunity to visit the Burton Headquarters in Burlington. In addition to visiting with old friends and touring the Craig’s prototyping facility, I saw a few things that I haven’t been able to talk about.
The Stone Hut is one of the things I’ve been most excited about. As we were shown through Craig’s, I kept seeing these strange full-length ICS channel cut-outs, which is odd since I hadn’t yet seen a board with a full-length channel in their line. Then around the corner I watched as a handful of Stone Huts had their gorgeous graphics airbrushed on by hand. This is a rad looking board, and I definitely hope to get to take one out on snow.
